I’m going to my other half’s Navy Graduation soon, and I need to know if there is a Metra or Shuttle that I could take to the base.

I know from the train station in Chicago there’s a Metra that takes you right up to the gates, but what about the airport? And which Airport would it be.. How close is the shuttle/ Metra.

We are coming in for a quick weekend trip to see a few hockey games. I found a “Suite” Hotel near the Airport for cheap. How easy will it be to take trains/bus back and forth to Hockey games?
Costs? Time frames?
In general how is the Airport area for food, mall, entertainment, nightlife?

I’m going to Chicago next week and my flight is scheduled to land at around 1AM during the week. I already checked the shuttles and the last shuttle runs at 10:30PM.

Can someone give me a detailed guide on how to get to Hotel Orrington (1710 Orrington Ave, Evanston, IL 60201) from Midway airport using public transportation?

I don’t want to have to spend $ 60+ on cab fare when I could just take the bus or the train.
